Job Description
M. Braun, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Junior Controller to join our Administration Department. This person will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks. Job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Secondary Approvals on AP and AR functions
- Bank Account and Credit Card reconciliations
- Assistance with Monthly financials and reporting
- Assistance with Sales Tax reporting
- Other duties as assigned by Controller
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This individual should be highly motivated with the ability to prioritize and work well with others as well as independently once trained. Must be able to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner with customers, vendors, as well as other M. Braun employees.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

Physical and Mental Requirements
- Physical Requirement: Must have fine motor skills; be able to grasp small items; some light lifting and carrying; ability to do a repetitive motion; and the ability to sit for most of the day
- Visual Requirement: Must be able to visually read documents and a computer screen
- Hearing Requirement: Must be able to hear and speak on the phone and in person to convey information
- Mental Requirement: Comprehension, Organization, Reasoning, Decision Making, Communication, and Mathematics
