M. Braun, Inc. is currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Service department.  This person will be responsible for service scheduling, travel arrangements and spare parts order processing.  Job functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating the travel schedule for the company technicians and the company vehicles
  • Responsible for handling the service schedule and making all the necessary travel arrangements for the Systems Specialists
  • Assisting with the completion of travel paperwork as well as being responsible for checking all travel paperwork
  • Tracking service visit/installation hours in the ERP system as well as ensuring that the appropriate installations are invoiced monthly
  • Receive and screen incoming telephone calls through the main line.  Provide telephone support, answer routine questions or direct them to appropriate personnel
  • Responsible for answering the front door, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties
  • Responsible for order intake, order processing, invoicing, and quotation creation for spare parts and service orders
  • Serve as the back up to the Service Support position in the Service department
  • Assume responsibility for maintaining effective business relations with customers
  • Responsible for processing department related nonconformance’s when required
  • Any other duties required for this position

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat required
  • Knowledge of Navision ERP system a plus, but not required
  • Must be able to follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations
  • Compliance with ISO 9001 standards and procedures

  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • Must be able to multi-task and respond well to shifting priorities
  • Excellent customer service skills required

 

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • College Degree or relevant experience preferred

Physical and Mental Requirements

  • Physical Requirement: Must have fine motor skills; be able to grasp small items; some light lifting and carrying; ability to do a repetitive motion; and the ability to sit for most of the day 
  • Visual Requirement: Must be able to visually read documents and a computer screen
  • Hearing Requirement: Must be able to hear and speak on the phone and in person to convey information
  • Mental Requirement: Comprehension, Organization, Reasoning, Decision Making, Communication, and Mathematics
